Availability and winter rates: 5 months €2,600, 4 months €2,300, 3 months €2,050. The rates include service charges, waste collection tax, a fixed heating charge and the agency commission. Heating costs (charged according to consumption), electricity and final cleaning are payable separately.

Beaulard is a small village at an altitude of 1,200 metres, where you can sample traditional dishes at five different restaurants and pizzerias; there is also a bakery where you can enjoy home-made products and buy basic groceries, as well as seasonal fruit and vegetables. The village is also served by the railway network, with trains running every hour on weekdays and every two hours on Sundays, making it possible to travel not only by car but also by public transport.
